Our resourcing team in Italy dedicates the first part of the journey to search for the best fabrics and materials from major qualified suppliers. Our creatives start taking inspiration from our archives in Milano, where they can find previous styles and collections, and from latest fashion and luxury trends. They design new ideas and create the paper pattern.

The Creative Director gives the guidelines to develop the design and our resourcing team in India searches for embroidery materials. These materials can come from different parts of the world and are certified and tested by UL-ICQ laboratory. We make the finest research in order to select the best quality materials only.

The best embroiderers start developing samples to build our collection with given paper pattern and materials.

The sampling team, composed by the most skilled embroiderers, starts developing the samples with received materials and under continuous control by our creatives. The paper patterns are converted in fabric patterns and embroidered directly on frames. Finally, the quality control team works on these samples in order to deliver the maximum quality.

We present our collection to clients and review it according to their preferences.

Our sales team can present the collection during pre-defined exhibitions (e.g. Premiere Vision, Milano Unica, agents’ fairs) or directly at clients’ locations. Selected samples can be reviewed and tailored according to clients’ preferences. JL Atelier Couture uses the maximum caring by reproducing new samples on clients’ cut fabrics or materials.

Clients send us their fabrics and paper patterns and we start searching for all elements to complete the production.

In order to start with the final production, JL Atelier Couture needs to receive the cut fabrics (or others) and eventually the paper pattern by the ordering client. At the same time, we start searching for all the materials we need to complete the production according to client’s preferences.

We develop the final production and make an ultimate quality control check before delivering to clients.

Our sourcing team completes the source of materials to embroider all the needed quantities. The embroiderers start the final production with all received guidelines, materials and paper pattern. Finally, the quality control team makes a detailed check of each piece. The production process ends: the result is the creation of high-quality embroideries tailored on client’s style and tastes.
